Returns Policy

Returns will not be accepted unless you received an (incorrect or defective item).
We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).

Please email us before returning any Item

If you need to return a defective item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the
My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within Days of return of the defective item if you paid by PayPal.
Otherwise you will have to allow time for us to return money to you Via.
The payment system you opted for ie:- Cheque etc!

We can ship to virtually any address in the world.
Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Non UK Shipping/Postage Rates
All Items regardless of value will be shipped signed for and insured.
Please email me before you buy so that I can give you the shipping costs

I am quite happy to combine postage/Shipping for more than 1 Item
This will be a reduced rate for more than one item
Please email me with details of items you wish to buy and I will send you a price for the combined costs
